At Embreeze, we are committed to delivering quality products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Returns are accepted only in case of:
    • Damaged products
    • Torn items
    • Major quality issues
  • The product must be unused and in original condition with all tags intact. Items without tags will not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be processed to the bank account provided at the time of purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must email us their bank details to receive the refund.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for:
    • Size or fit issues
    • Wrong product received
  • We offer free return pickup and free delivery for all approved exchanges.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.

Important Notes

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.
