Return Policy
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returns are accepted only in case of:
- Damaged products
- Torn items
- Major quality issues
- The product must be unused and in original condition with all tags intact. Items without tags will not be eligible for return.
- Refunds will be processed to the bank account provided at the time of purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must email us their bank details to receive the refund.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for:
- Size or fit issues
- Wrong product received
- We offer free return pickup and free delivery for all approved exchanges.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
Important Notes
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.
